Chi Kung / Qigong

Chi Kung is an ancient Chinese healing art which combines slow, graceful movements, meditation, and controlled breathing to restore our health, rejuvenate our bodies, and gain inner peace and harmony. Also called Chi Gong or Qigong.

Tai Chi

 Chi is often called "meditation in motion." It is a Chinese exercise system that uses slow, graceful body movements to achieve a state of relaxation and mindfulness in both body and mind.   Tai Chi is one of the oldest known training methods for self realization and inner development.  Tai Chi is a form of Chi Kung.
